Kentucky Material Type?

Anyone recognise the material on this lanceolate from s.e. Kentucky? It's chalcedony like with some dark and light inclusions within the matrix. It's semi translucent around the edges but more opaque towards the thicker median. Opinions and comments are welcome.

Looks like chalcedony flint ridge! anyways thats a real nice piece.
