Ok, fellow treasure hunters and treasure-seeking enthusiasts…

Kentucky is an artifact and loot-ridden Mecca. As one of the earliest areas in American History (and indigenous history) of exploration and settlements, we really need to band together and unearth, uncover, and bring to light these multitudes of hidden truths.

If you are interested in research, surveying, tracking, and discovery, join me in this venture. You should have your own transportation, equipment, and sustenance for these journeys into history and marvel. Who amongst you are eager to travel to remote areas of this commonwealth in search of legends told?

My parents lived In Madisonville for many years and I’ve been hunting W KY for artifacts and lithic raw materials for flint knapping for 40 yrs. It’s a six hr drive but well worth it. Beautiful countryside and I’ve met a lot of really good people. I’ve never hunted in E KY but it looks wild and wooly compared to the west. A great state for outdoor activities.

Went to Basic Training at Ft. Knox, still remember "Heartbreak Hill." My son is a Sheriff's Deputy in Warren County. Beautiful and historic. Best of luck on your adventure!
