Swani, with a full rim I'd say Good-4. Highrer if any "Liberty" on headband-monitor's a little dark so can't tell. Great find in any grade. 8)

Super find!
I agree, I think it would make "Good". A few dings, but nice clear date, and it isn't all crusty like so many are.
Thats gotta be your best find.
What kind of area did you find it at. (Don't be too specific). A yard, park, school?

G-4 is a good grade except I would drop it to AG-3 due to the knicks, dings and scratches. Therefore the correct may be "AG-3 Cleaned".

Congrats on the find.

Very nice coin. I would love to dig the 1877. I have found alot of indians but not the rare 1877. I did however find the rare 1885 v-nickle. I would also say good condition with slight corosion. Still a 500.00 dollar coin. What type of site was it found at. And how long ago did you find it.

I would grade it as G-4 myself which would make it a $500 coin, but the damage and cleaning will drop it to about half that.
