It's not just here, it's everywhere. Everyone is getting so hypersensitive to everything. I gave my number to a girl a month ago and started texting back and forth with her. She told me her ideal man would put Christianity before everything. I replied "Sorry, I don't believe in Christianity or any other modern religious institution" She replied back "I'm going to call the cops". So now if you don't support someone's religion they want to call the cops on you? My reply was very colorful and I told her I would be waiting for the cops to arrive so we could all have a good laugh at her expense.

Well I can only speak for myself but I nor no moderator I know personally gets paid. A mod is normally chosen by an administrator and/or other mods and asked to become a moderator. Seldom does one ask to become a mod and get accepted as such. A mod should be a member in good standing that shows good judgement and knowledge in the hobby and is respected among their peers. It is not exactly fun and games being a mod and mods get little recognition. They do it to support their forum and help advance the hobby my helping to give members an acceptable place were they can come and share information and discuss their passion without being harassed, abused, etc. This has been my experience.
