I don't know what they cost.

Wear safety glasses.
Put a modern coin in with the flakes to be buried after knapping so future finders don't get too excited and be off by thousands of years from estimated knapping day.

Ahh napping. A skill I possess.
Not to be confused with the flint I've battered ungracefully in multiple attempts.

I would like to attend this BUT due to shoulder injury and up comeing surgury for this I'll have to skip it! I did attend it last year ansd I was impressed !

Prices are marked. $4-5-6 or $7. Not bad for a beginner with no access to flint. Finding a source of flint is not easy for many knappers. That slowed me down for a while until I found some sources. The closest flint to me is a 3 hr drive.

Maybe a tag-team approach to gathering some flint with other like minded people ?
