Koss QZ99 Headphones??

Just getting into metal detecting and looking for a good won?t break the bank set of headphones. I have read a few posts on the Net about the Koss QZ99 headphones.

What are folks thoughts in this forum on these headphones? Any other input on headphones?

All headphones will break sooner or later. The ones that seem to last the longest are the wireless ones. I won't even use a wired one anymore on a land machine, unless I have to.

They work well with the couple of detectors I tried them with. They are noise-cancelling and do a great job at blocking outside noise and making faint targets able to be heard. I did find them to be pretty tight on my head which caused me to sell them. There is a wide range of prices so be sure to check prices everywhere. I believe I paid about 35-40 bucks for mine. They are well made.

One more thing about these phones. I don't believe they have a compatability switch(stereo-mono) Make sure they will work with your F44.
