L.ooking for interesting sites in and around Greensboro,NC to metal detect

[Sixthfinger]

I am looking for someone to metal detect with who knows of good sites to hunt. Any little known Civil War era encampments?

And your going to have to look, but rest assured, there are plenty of interesting sites near you. Get in the library, or get online and read. Getting your permission is key after learning. I know a lot of those landowners out there, and they don't take kindly to hopping. After you do your homework, your bound to find some good stuff.

Might want to contact Old North State Detectorists club based in Greensboro. Great group of guys.
