LABOR DAY 2014 MERITS 50 COINS FOUND

[d3t3ctr0n]

Friday, Saturday and Sunday finds equal 50 Coins total. Plus my first Half Dollar find. No silver or gold yet. The search continues....

[Cool Hand Fluke]

Keep pounding the turf, the silver will come. Do your research for the older sites. Old sites = old coins. Nice job on so many coins!

Looks like you enjoyed yourself this weekend. I love to unplug from the computer and smart phone. Get in the van and find a nice spot and swing away. I left work early on Friday (at 1:00) and hit a couple spots. Spent about 5 hours both Sat & Sun and came away with 23.72 in clad. Only 2 wheats, a 1934 and a 1945. Love this hobby!

What year is the half dollar??

Amen. Love this hobby. Yeah, I need to find some old sites.

You keep digging that much and you will eventually hit a home run. The clad adds up over time so never be disappointed with that.

Nice dig and thank you for sharing those pictures

[Shady Digger]

Keep it up and you will eventually hit silver. Just be patient and keep swingin. Congrats on the 1/2!

Nice haul! You & your detector sure got a workout! Maybe silver is just a little deeper in the areas you searched?

In my limited experience, silver & gold appear when & where I least expect it. Though more chance at older sites. Have Fun! Andi
