Ladys Sterling Love knot ring

after searching the yard today i came across a large caliber unfired round with the bullet pushed back into the shell, looks like it had jammed while in use

a few minutes later i came across a iffy signal and dug again expecting another firearm relic of some sort.. dug a plug, roughly 1" under popped out this beautiful sterling love knot ring. only markings i can see it sterling underneath the knot and a very tiny symbol or something next to it. weights 1.15g, very very tiny! This is my first ever ring ive detected


not too much longer i dug up another spot nearby and pulled out a 1916 Detroit dog license, Detroit is roughly 60 miles from here... pretty neat.


spent about 4 hours in the yard today, got 61 cents in clad and lots and lots and even some more trash

The sterling ring is neat....but old dog tag is probably the find of the hunt....any dog tags that old are the exception rather than the rule.

The oldest dog tag that I've gotten so far was a 1941 from Dougherty County Georgia.
