lake carlton

so i have a map...compiled from several, of the new mexican-arizona territory... just above camp verde, is a lake...called lake carlton...
anyone have factual knowledge of this lake?

It's probly where that farm is now, just north of the river

Was it just north of the city? If you drive and go over the over pass for the river, theres a farm on the left hand side, it could totally be the place its where 2 rivers converge as well.

north east of montuzemua castle...i thought stoneman lake once...but now i think it was furter north.

...states clearly stoneman lake was once refered to as lake carlton.
