1971 D Eisenhower dollar... Still learning errors, and not sure if this is a lamination error, wear or a stain of some kind. Thoughts? Anything specific I can look for/at to determine??

Looks like a stain to me.
 
Bummer. Kinda figured I wouldn't be so lucky as to find 2, but a guy can hope...
