Does Tesoro have a good amphibian machine? I'm seeing both tiger and sand sharks but not sure of the differences.

The Tiger Shark is a good land and freshwater VLF while the Sand Shark is a Pulse and works best at saltwater beaches because it ignores Salt wet sand.

Ah ok. PI for salt and VLF for fresh. Well I have all three. Maybe a multi freq. machine. Thanks for input.

I've used the Tiger Shark secessfully at some ocean beaches in the wet sand. It just depends on the amount of salt concentrations and black sand.

The tiger shark is what you want, it has a salt mode that can only take salt issues at the beach that may occur, as for fresh water you'll love it, and land it works beautifully , plus you can hip mount it and takes a lot of the weight off of it, not to mention it built like a tank, it is a professional grade detector and the GB is easy to do can not go wrong with the tiger shark at all!!!!
