Hello USA1!

The construction of it says it's either made by Akro or Vitro. It has a strip of oxblood in it and Akro used oxblood a lot but it looks more like vitro oxblood which is not as rich and solid as Akro's oxblood. The base glass looks more like Vitro too, so I'm gong with vitro, ~late 1930s - early 1940s. Cool find!
