It looks like a piece of sidewalk. Could it have been dumped there or is there any sign of a house nearby?

cover for septic tank ??? a pad for a small garden shed, the door step to an old house or trailer, a well cap cover or secret entrance to the bat cave. kinda hard to tell from the picture.. take a few swings around the area with your detector see what comes up...

good luck

"A lot of rocks under it", or around it? Did you lift it?

My vote is spring house or well cover (absent an adjacent structure remnants) . The finished edges show that it was framed and poured in place like a sidewalk.

ive poured plenty of concrete pads, we always put a base of gravel underneath, swing your detector over it if it goes off its prob picking up rebar and steel mesh then you can be sure its concrete

Why not see if something isn't buried under it ?

Could very well be an old well cover. We capped several this way.

In my area these are found on hillsides and cover arched limestone brewery tunnels or root cellars. Added later for safety so watch out could be a long drop if the sides give out.
