I would have thought it a pocket novelty 'flipping coin' rather than a gambling/slot token but they usually have a message on the other side too. The one below gives the possibilities: "Hit on Her" or "Keep Drinking" for example but the company that makes them also offers them with choices like Study/Go Out and Party, Work/Play Golf, Hot/Definitely Not, and others. Maybe your choices for Vegas should be Hit on Her/Keep Gambling but if the other side is blank then I'm stumped.



That one is cheap white metal with a silver tone.
