Wood inserts?
I’d guess 100+ years old.

If the insert is wood, it certainly is in good condition. Especially if it was buried in dirt. 👍🏼
 
I love those , Ive dug a few, one with mahogany inlay that was still intact but Jesus was missing. Great find

It was buried 4 inches deep, pretty sure it’s wood. Very surprised it looks good as it does. And surprised to find one after I just found my first Friday .
