Last night’s finds in Chicago with the 800. One hole had 2 Indians and a barber dime (old coin spill).

yeah, those coins look very nice. you've made good use of those trips. it is nice to know that you can still have a little fun on trips like that.

I get to travel 16 different states for work. I initially started taking my detector on trips with me to hunt trashy parks as practice for relic hunting. IMO trashy parks are the toughest sites to detect. If you can master the parks, then you will do well on any other type of site. Plus it’s fun and sometimes lucrative.

I also try to meet up with local detectorists as a social outlet at times as well.
