Last Tahoe Hunt for the Year

I thought I'd give it one last try for the year. The air temp was 34F when I got in the water, which was around 50F.
Got three rings, all bogus. When I found the middle ring I could see it said 14k inside, but when I got back to the car and looked again I saw 1/20 14k. Rats!

Got some shades. Two are junkers and the front pair are Ray-Ban New Wayfarers with prescription lenses. Bummer.

Oh well, it was good to get out there and satisfy my curiosity.

You can likely get $3-$4 each for those Blue Fox spinners. Take off that
treble and replace it with a #1 siwash barbless and you've got a Class A
Coho salmon killer....

Any ring is a good day detecting 😃 those blue fox lures are good ones, that’s ten bucks alone.
