Hey everyone !
I have some time off from work so I have been hunting a couple of older parks here in San Jose . Yesterday I hunted a park that dates from the 1950's and has given up some silver in the past . This time the silver I found was in the form of a ring , #127 for the year ! It's a 925 silver band and was right in the grass . It came in as a +80 VDI on my M6 . The other cool find is a large dollar size coin with a Bradley tank on it , something different
.
This morning I hunted a park that dates back to the early 1900's . The 2nd target I had was a +72 at 5 inches , it was a 1945S wheat cent . Now I'm thinking bring on the silver ! Well the silver never came
. I did find two more wheats both at 7 inches . One is a 1930S and the other is a 1942S . I think I'll hunt at this park again
. Total clad for both hunts is $11.98 .
