Late Afternoon Finds!

Didn't get out till a couple hours before sunset, but managed to find a few artifacts. I found two broken points, a small crude knife, and a small pecking stone.








I also took this picture of this piece of ''fire-rock'' which was one of many that can be found scattered around in the sagebrush.

Id rather find broken pieces than nothing at all. But one good one makes it a great day for me. Takes allot of time to hunt the good ones.

But it is a special treat to find that complete point. Rock, you just need to be blessed with fresh field that is plum full of wonderful artifacts, and I sincerely hope and pray that you find one for all the effort that you put in. Wishing you the best!

Id have to say the points just dont grow on trees around here like other places. But I do believe we have quite a few scraper trees.
