Only had 30 mins of daylight left and went to an alley in the historic district of the town I live near. Was there to pick up the grandkids anyway. Went to an ally that was used to pick up the trash cans some 60 yrs ago or more. Found a few memorial pennies and a 1992 quarter close to the hard surface road.
Got a good 86 on the AT pro showing about 2 inches down. After just a little digging pulled out a name plate in an old design stating Hussmann. Searched on Ebay and found a 1940's Hussmann deli cooler with the same name plate on the front so was able to ID what the thing came off of. Nice unusual find. Unfortunately, I did not find the rest of the cooler. ha.
