FINALLY was able to get out here in ky after looking at snow for what felt like an eternity. Didn't find much besides a 3 ringer and this disk shaped object. It appears to be lead. I was hunting at a site that saw a small civil war battle. It has what appears to be maybe a letter and number with a line underneath then what looks like 185 or 581, depending on how you flip it. Any help?

Depending on whether it is hinged or not it could be either a bag seal or bale seal. They are always fun to find.
