Coinfucius found this lead toy and she's holding a building. It doesn't look like a fun toy to play with. Anyone have any ideas as to why she's holding a building and what building it is?

Yep, it's Eileen with her trophy from the one-legged race.

This is no longer PC.

You can tell by the composition, and subject matter it is old and valuable.

It was made in Czechoslovakia, Italy, or Usa.

Today such things are made in China by a petfood or pharmaceutical manufacturing conglomerate.
They are sold by a late-nite TV marketing firm in New Jersey.
