Confirming... definitely a fired 20th-century shotgun slug.

to be more exact --thats a american "foster " type shotgun slug (first made in 1931* )--- the type used for deer hunting or big game . it is very similar to the euroopean designed "brenneke type shotgun slug " (first made in 1898) but the brenneke has a solid base while the foster slug has a hollow rear end .

most likey 12 gauge as thats the most common gauge used for deer hunting -- it can not be any older than 1931 * since that when "foster" slugs were invented --folks still use them today for deer hunting by the way .
