Lead or pewter thing with writing on it?

There was a TURNER MFG CO. /Turner Manufacturing Co. in KOKOMO, Indiana which made automotive parts. The wording looks like it could fit but I haven't been able to find a part to match. Since the OP indicates they are from Indiana I thought that might make it more possible.

Dude! I think that's it! I can just make out the "okomo IN" on the bottom of it. But what the heck is something like this doing about an hour plus drive northeast of some place in Kokomo, lol.

Wow.. way to go Tnet gang... Heres a weee bit about em and looking at the photos of there timer the lettering matches however its not the item obviously .
