lead soldier drug from the trenches

Found this little guy last time out. Rescanned my hole and ended up finding the little base as well. Will glue them back together and he will be back in action. I dont really know the time period of this one nor the maker. I have found several lead soldiers but this one looks a bit different to me. I bet Sub would know....hey Sub, you out there?
