Learning curve?

I'm upgrading from an e-trac to a Deus, I never got used to the E-trac. Is there a very steep learning curve with the Deus?

I went from an E-Trac to a Deus. I liked the E-Trac, other than how slow it was. The Deus was easy to learn, especially if you read Andy's book and spend an afternoon watching some videos by Gary https://www.youtube.com/user/xpmetaldetector/videos (10 volumes).

I don't think the learning curve is that hard. There is one thing though. How deep coins sound, once you learn/hear a few, IMO game set match with Deus. The deepies are not quite as obvious many times.
