Leather US military bag/pouch?

Can anyone tell me about this...and doesn't it look real or a repop? The leather feels and smells old but that doesn't mean its "real"

It looks like a modern repro to me...but if you could get clear pictures of the stamped words that would help a lot. Can't read them.

Modern repo of a Union CW 58 Cal. cartridge box.

The wrench is a tool to remove the nipple/cone where the firing cap is placed. Also used to breakdown the rifle's lock plate.

The T handle tool is a nipple wrench as well.

The slotted item is used on the ramrod to place a cleaning rag.

When you say modern, how old do think this could be? And if you had to guess, what value would you place on it?

I'd say perhaps 1990's and up. I re-enacted from 1989-2001. $75 bucks for the whole lot.
