Good Morning Everyone, would someone here no if a Legacy Claim is Sold here in Canada would the person who owns a small piece of creek not covered by the Legacy Claim own the complete cell ? or would a person have to wait for the Legacy Claim to Default some how before that small piece became a complete cell ? What does the Gov Deem as a Default Thank You All for Clearing this up for Me, Steve

No clue in Canada, my best advice would be to contact an attorney who handles such issues. Thinking none of us here would want to tell you something that may/may not be accurate. Me? I'm just an old Scarecrow, but my attorneys have kept me out of a lot of trouble on land issues. Lot more then asking someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of the law.
