The East coast might get stirred up with a storm and that means the sand will be moving
from strong currents. Anyone hunting the water, even only knee deep under these conditions
needs to wear some kind of floatation device. All it takes is one bad step to create a life threatening
situation! SOS brand PDFs are very good, give them a look.
