Here is mine from an old store dig! You can barely see the date...1876. Seated dime. :thumbsup: :help:

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that 1876 was a bad year for coins. Here is my entry. She's pitted pretty bad!

1876 Seated Dime

This is the oldest coin I've found in 16 years of detecting. I wish it had been an American coin!
There's nothing like that glint of silver coming out of the ground.
