Starting a new Indian streak -

Today I got back into Indians with a first for me, four total 1864, 1875, 1883 and 1888, four before 1900 and all have "Liberty" clearly readable on headband. Other notable finds today are the masonic cross pin, small flat button, a '29D wheat, two cuff/collar buttons (one has some gilt remaining) and the picker's token.

L-D, the 1864 was the first out of the ground, then the 1875.

Thanks digger460. I'm finding 1 Indian for every 2.5 wheats.

Thanks Diggin Dude, the 1875 was cleaned with a small piece of wood. Same for the others but then hydrogen peroxide and oil.

DFW_THer, Tornado is the NEL coil I'm using.

Hey park pirate, you're right...."LIBERTY" x 4!

Hey CT, Been detecting seriously for two years now and happy to stay in this park for a long time.

Hey Nepa-Will, getting there once or twice a week.

Hey Sub, thanks...will keep at it.

Congrats on the very nice finds! That 1875 Indian is a better date and in really great shape.

Thanks kk1611, The hard work paid off.

Hey Jeff, I don't find many from the 70s. Hoping for more. 24 Indians from this park since September.
