Hmmm 400 feet?Guess what,you only get to fall once:laughing7:

I'm still pissed at Six Flags New England ever since they bulldozed an awsome stock car track to build another rollercoaster... I grew up going there on Saturday nights when it was Riverside Park.

Yep that's the place. I lived in Chicopee Mass from 1967 until I went in the Air Force in 1974. I got my racing fix today though. We now live 30 miles from Bristol. Spent the day there today watching practice & qualifying and looking at the stuff in the Hospitality area. Loaded up on free junk & free food. We are also about 30 miles in the opposite direction from Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap TN which is referred to as the fastest dirt track on the planet. If I remember correctly the track record is 140 mph set by Austin Dillon. That's sideways.. on dirt.. Pretty impressive.

Ever get to Stafford Motor Speedway? 1962 was the first time there, my Dad used to take us to the Fair Grounds.

Been to Stafford many times. Also the old CT Dragway in Colchester but that's been closed for many years.
Spent many weekends there, them Double A dragsters were LOUD,a few residents complained and got it shut down.
