Very nice! I've been looking for a lamp like that for my photography setup. Classic design and very useful!

Always handy. Nice find. I used to have a lighted magnifier lamp just like that one. One day it broke and I ended up destroying it, by accident. Don't ask. lol I still use a similar swing arm like your orange one.

How funny, I found the IDENTICAL magnifying lamp. With my eyes, it is a great thing to have at my desk when listing things. I used to be able to tell the different between a Low 17 and a Low 18 Hard Times Token by bare eye (less than a half of a millimeter difference). Now, I can't even find my car half the time.

BTW, I paid $2 for mine, so yours is better. Did yours come with the hardware to affix it to your desk?

Lighted magnifiers are handy as heck to have. I spent several years finding mine, but you have me beat, I paid $5 for mine. Now I can't live without it.

p.s. If it didn't come with hardware, you can glue a wooden block to your table with a hole a little smaller than the endposts largest diameter. If you'll notice it's tapered. Use clamps and good woodglue. I was lucky, I mounted mine on my workbench in the garage by just drilling a hole in my bench.
