Listed As F75 LTD When Actually STD Or SE At Auction....?

I did just that. I asked him if it had the second coil also. He said no. I let him know without the second coil and the gold shaft it was an STD or maybe SE. He said look at the box it says limited, then came back and said 'ok thanks, maybe it's a standard'. That was yesterday and he hasn't changed the auction.
I did the 'Report This Listing thing last night. We'll have to see if the auction site takes any action.

Thought I'd mention it in case anybody here is bidding or thinking of bidding.

I contacted him through e-bay yesterday and he responded:

Dear stumpkiller,

I think your right after looking it up. I thought it was a ltd se now I see it's a 75 year anniversary SE. Thanks for the help

We'll see if he changes the listing.

UPDATE - he noted it is the SE in the text but not in the item description.

I have the gold shaft and cant imagine what it would be like to with the newer version. I just get sticker shock every time I think about buying another detector. Been burnt too many times on ebay, and I have to wonder if the guy even knows how to check it out to see if it works? There is a lot of options with a F75 and I am still learning it after owning one for 6 months. Be wary of this one.

I have the original SE and I usually have to tone it back off high gain. I rarely use the jewelry mode. Don't think the turbo would add much hereabouts; but then I'm sure it would have uses at times. Not worth swapping out until I have exhausted the local parks and fields.
