Little Black/Silver balls ??

I know my heading is kind of strange but so is this piece of Quartz that I found, It is heavily mineralized and when looking at it through a jewlers Glass there is a bunch of small Black/Silver balls stuck to the rock, these are not clumped together and are stuck to the rock, I tried to take a picture but they're to small.. I could post a pick of the rock.. it's really cool, I will probably crush it if those balls are normal, they are definitely metallic they look like a small ball bearing in different sizes, some have a hole (like a torx bit socket) on the top center
Any Ideas???

Just looked at the link, Its not it, the little metallic balls are adhered to the surface, I'm going to try and figure away to take a macro type picture, these things are weird

Tony, I believe that camera (Canon PowerShot A590 IS) has Macro capability,
although it doesn't show in the available exposure options. Apparently, in
Macro you can get focus at 5cm?
