Little Broke Dove

The tail has been glued back on this one. Found the broken tail then the rest of it about 30' down the corn row. Carried both pieces for awhile until I looked at both broken ends and saw the color of the ends.Only then did I fit them together, so I super glued them together. This is the only time I have found both pieces of something broken,unless it was recently broke and still laying together

Great fix as well, hard to tell just from pictures. Your also lucky it looks like a pretty clean break, I hate finding jagged breaks where lots of material seemingly turned to dust and will be forever missing. Shame, it was such a beautiful point, but you know where you find that.....

Very nice point and wonderful opportunity to put a broken point back together. I had the same happen to me, but I found my broken piece two years later in the same camp site.
