Little help with ID'ing this 501 buckle/bracelet

Hi all,
Found this detecting the homestead on my property. I found one photo on-line shown along side a Levis belt buckle, but does anyone know what it actually was?

Presumably GIUbO DO USA is for "made in America", but it auto-detects in Google translate as the Cebuano language spoken in the Southern Philippines. Don;t know what the 'K' is for.

It looks like it's a butch biker-style bracelet. Maybe K. GIUbO is a company? Whatever, it has nothing to do with Levi Strauss except it may be cashing in on the name of their classic 501 jeans.
