unfortunately around here they don't tear the roads out to the ground.
They just grind a few inches off the top to rough them up and add new.

they did Berrysburg which could have produced very old coins, but just ground the black top down to the Cement.
didn't even go down to the original brick roads

and as far as sidewalks most are torn up & replaced the same day,
unless done my home owners

They're do both around here but I know the mayor which helps on where and what they do

Seen a few where they were hauling the dirt away in trucks and dumping elsewhere.
Seems Dan-PA out of Central Pa witnessed this and scored a largie and a seated some time back as
I read from his posts (other forum).
Everytime I see them hauling the dirt off I have to get going. Obligations keeping me from playing detective.
