This hill frog climb is an eastern causeway located in Torgamba - South Labuhan Batu. In the province of North Sumatra.
They could have saved allot of Time just shutting Traffic down at the bottom Till they clear it up.
Of course I Don't know how far up the mountain they are. but it seems absolutely no one cares as long as they can go. i think it's just rain
