This is the best rodeo picture I ever took, which isn't saying much, because I didn't take that many. I was out of the Navy and in college on the GI Bill, and dreaming of being a rodeo cowboy. My dream went out the window when I couldn't get the horse rode, and broke my arm. The picture was taken using an Argus C3 camera, with Kodachrome film. My left arm was in a sling, and I was in the arena, kneeling down so I would be shooting up. I was young and dumb and figured I could get out of the way if everything came my way, and like I said, this is the best picture I took.

I think it was an Argus my dad toted around with him during the Korean war. I remember the camera from long ago, but where it ever went I can't say. Looks like a nice picture out of that old camera.

You give up on the Chevy pickup there Old Digger. Looks like you got ya something new for those Montana interstates. :)
