Looking for info on salvage diving

Hello - I'm looking for information on how to become a salvage diver. Preferably for a salvage company.
What are the requirements to be a salvage diver?
How do you find jobs on salvage boats?
What Months do salvage companies work? (Interested in the East coast of Florida)
What's the pay like?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While you are waiting for a member(s) response - I searched Google for "how do you become a salvage diver in Florida" and found Salvage Diving and Treasure Hunting Jobs. The second paragraph in says: "To get your foot in the door as a salvage diver, you need to have your recreational diver certification plus..." Interesting article.
