🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Looking for information on a publication called the "Hurricane Book"

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for information on a publication called the "Hurricane Book." Apparently, it was highly sought after by treasure hunters in the 1970s. I think it was originally in Spanish, and listed water depth measurements in "brazas." I know this is incredibly vague, but I don't know much more about this publication than that. Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you!
