Looks Like A Boot Heel

Any idea what this is? Saying it is iron. It is the shape and size of a boot heel and weighs about 2 or 3 pounds. Found it while metal detecting along the river at a swimming hole. Pictures included.

Looks like an auto body dolly, but i doubt that's what it is.

Actually clicking for a closer look on your pics I'm pretty sure that's it. Who knows how it got there lol

I was thinking either an autobody dolly or maybe a key for a ships propeller shaft.
