Looks like a spout

This appears to be made of thin brass or tin and soldered and looks like it possibly was used for drinking from or filtering. I see little dots on the top where something may have passed through.

Maybe part of an old oil lamp.

Could be Back of the Boat. I found a piece of oil lamp on the other side of the creek in the site a few months ago.
