Obtained one box of pennies today, lotsa wheaties, one penny stood out however. It looks like somebody "painted" over it, but with a multitude of no-no's in coin collecting, it got shinier and this coloration did not come off. However there seems to be copper on the rim. I am at a loss..Will get a picture ASAP..its a 1998-P by the way..
