Yesterday was another Epic day at the Early 1700s site with a couple firsts.
Just got home from a couple short hunts today at a more modern site, and trying to get everything from yesterday ready for a post.
Decided I had a lot of unknown items, so I thought I would split it up a bit and post some here for ID's.
Heres a group shot of most of the lesser finds. Not sure what most of this is or if it is significant, but I don't want to disregard anything til im sure.

The item is strange, about 2 inches long. At first I thought it might be a lead plug til I toothpicked it. There appears to be several long vertical, cylindrical holes that are filled with wood, and one horizontal hole. Almost looks like a revolver cylinder, but its lead.

This is another strange one. When I first started digging and saw the rounded edge I thought it was a civil war plate. Until I pulled it out of the ground and realized it was way too big and made out of lead. What a let down... Still would like to know what it is. Its 4.35" wide
It is dome shaped and looks like a dish, but a lead dish.?? Im thinking some sort of cover??? tons of lead at this site.

This one is actually the second ive dug here. Its brass and kind of looks like its part of a lamp or something. Was planning on posting the first one in the what is it section some day, but now that ive dug two im even more curious.

This one is Brass. Im thinking a trunk latch. Notice the wire tied to it as if it were falling apart. Any ideas and possible age.??

Some strange lead. One is a disk, probably hammered roun-ball. Ive found many of these, but this one looks like someone tried to put a design on it. One is hollowed like a fishing weight. The other one looks like a lead rod sandwiched by lead disk. Just thought these were strange.
Any ideas. I think these soldiers were really bored.

I think that piece you call a lead dish, is what was left in the bottom of a melting pot.

That is something I didn't think of. It is really smooth on each side. I believe they were making bullets here.
Third row from bottom is an umbrella adjuster.
Thanks for the suggestion. It does look like an umbrella slide.
i see part of an oil lamp/hurricane lamp, a tool box latch and an umbrella slide
Thanks for the IDs. Any idea on the ages of these.?

What is the diameter of that 2 inch long item? Anything close to 75 caliber? I'm thinking it could be the end of a field made ramrod. Otherwise it looks like a field made handle off something - like a shaving later brush...

I agree that the large disk is likely excess lead from the bottom of a melting pot.

The "trunk latch" item could be a book latch. It looks more 19th C to me.

Correct ID on the parasol adjuster and lamp part.

Thanks for responding Matt.
The lead item is 1.63" and 41.4mm long, and .79" and 25.5mm wide.
Could be a little smaller as I have not toothpicked all of the dirt off of this to expose the white surface
It is very strange as it has one slightly larger center hole and then 6 smaller outer holes going around the center hole, which are/were all filled with wood.
Here are the other better finds from Saturday, including a few more What is Its. I just posted these in Todays finds this morning.
