***$40/PENNIES***
Bummer, still no winner in the penny contest.
Wheaties: 1944, 1945-S, 1946-S, 1953, 1953-D (2), 1953-S
Canadian: 1964, 1973, 1998, 2002, 2004
***$40/NICKELS***
In a word, blah.
Pre-1960: 1940, 1941, 1952-S, 1953-D, 1957-D (2), 1958-D, 1959-D
***QUARTERS***
Cashing in a $200 batch of halves at the casino coin counter totaled $200.50 and one of the quarters that bounced out was my first state proof: 2000-S South Carolina, yeah baby!
***$1,000/HALVES***
These totals were typical results two years ago. Is silver making a comeback in the slots? Hope so.
1966 (2), 1967 (3), 1968-D (2), 1969-D (2), 1977-S, 2003-P, 2004-D
...plus a South Africa 5 rand (1994), yet another new country (my 27th) and my first coin from the sixth and last coin-producing continent. Spanning the globe CRH-style!
HH all!
