LOVE DIGGING CIVIL WAR RELICS...

Got out for a few hour's of digging and found a few item's to add to my collection. Not sure what the round thing is in the first picture so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure Buckleboy will know!!! First time I've found a cannon fuse and a Rifleman Button.I also enjoyed seeing the 1810 half cent come out of the ground... Anyway, I hope everyone has had a good weekend!!!

Nice finds Todd!! Could the round thingy have been something to store black powder in? I myself would rather carry around a lighter pouch than that though. I know that Pirates would throw around round balls with fuses on them upon the decks of ships to throw smoke and confuse the shipmen during attacks. It reminds me of that. Did you find any further info out about it? ~Michelle
