The 1934 Union Pacific Lucky Piece was issued at the Chicago World's Fair. The medal's reverse states it is a sample of the aluminum in the new Union Pacific Train built by Pullman Car & Mfg. Corp. The aluminum was manufactured by ALCOA.

Hey your the 2nd Iowan I’ve seen on here today! Hey neighbor! Even SE Iowa! I’m in keokuk. Can’t get much more southeast than that!! And yes my other aluminum tokens don’t look near as good. It says it’s a sample of that aluminum, I’d say an alloy or very high quality piece. I seem to find a lot of transportation related relics in yards!
